On April 16 and 17, 2024, Saint Ann Catholic School held a strategic planning workshop that brought together members of the entire school community, including Board members, representatives from the Diocese, donors, alumni, clergy, parents, parents of alumni, faculty, staff, friends of the school, and students. The purpose of this gathering was to listen, reflect, and collaboratively shape the future direction of Saint Ann School.

‍ Through this process, participants provided thoughtful input and perspective to help identify the priorities that will guide the school’s growth and development over the next five years. The workshop resulted in the initial draft of domain visions and strategic objectives designed to strengthen Saint Ann School academically, spiritually, and communally.

Following the workshop, additional listening sessions were held to gather further feedback from key constituents. Based on this input, the visions and objectives of the strategic plan were refined and formally ratified by the Board on September 11, 2024.

We now move into the implementation phase of the plan, guided by the shared vision of our community and rooted in our Catholic faith. We prayerfully ask the Holy Spirit, who has inspired this good work, to guide its fulfillment and help bring these goals to life for the benefit of our students and the generations who will follow.
